How to minimise Bribery and Corruption for the successful delivery of Infrastructure & Construction Projects
The incidence of bribery and corruption in business is not new and like older professions such as prostitution and money-lending, has been with us since time immemorial.
It is difficult to define bribery and corruption but one knows it immediately it surfaces. The best way to describe it is the secrecy around which it takes place and the understanding that no one talks about it outside of closed doors.
The scenario is even more rampant in the construction industry and it is here I want to provide some guidelines to the new government on how to minimise if not eradicate the mal-practice.
