How could Gambians best use the extension of the CRC?

QUESTION OF THE DAY

The Gambian people should bear in mind that failure to come up with a new constitution means sticking with the 1997 Constitution. There is no middle road. It is either the draft Constitution or the 1997 Constitution. Hence the extension should be a period to take stock of all the controversial parts being debated by all sectors of Gambian society so that the well-meaning citizens will find a middle ground on all key issues that will add value to the extension and facilitate the achievement of noble tasks.
