QUESTION OF THE DAY
Civil society should now be conducting its investigation and coming up with reports of violation of the Constitution. Rumours were rife that five Chiefs were sacked. Foroyaa contacted the Ministry of Lands and Regional Government to find out the truth. The public is informed that confirmation has been made of the removal of five chiefs. Who removed them is still in doubt. We do not want to take the information from the Ministry that they were removed by the Ministry because of the unconstitutionality of such an action. Foroyaa will extend its investigation and draw its final conclusion on this matter.
