The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Gambia Bar Association (GBA) was held on the 22nd December 2023 at Ocean Bay Hotel, Bakau. Elections for the membership of the Executive Committee was held at the AGM by the general members of the GBA who elected a new Executive Committee. Senior Counsel Neneh M.C Cham is elected President, succeeding Senior Counsel Salieu Taal. The new Executive of the Gambia Bar Association (GBA) will serve a two year term effective 22nd December 2023. The elected members are the following:
