Tallinding yesterday evening got spanked by an impressive Real de Banjul at the Serrekunda East mini-stadium.

Two goals in the second-half were enough to do the damage with one coming from the spot. A Real de Banjul striker had gone crashing in the box which the referee whistled for a spot-kick. Alhagie Jawara rifled into the net with a left-footed effort sending Sulayman Badjie, in goal for Tallinding, the wrong way for the opening goal in the second-half following a nil-nil affair in the first phase.

As the SK East-based outfit buckled under the pressure, Real intensified their campaign, and their efforts proved decisive as the capital-based outfit doubled the lead via a delectable header after the opposition net-minder wandered little out of his box and unprepared for what would lead them to succumb to a 2-0 comprehensive defeat.
