Wantaway Gambian centre-back Bubacarr Sanneh has reportedly gotten a work permit meaning he could stay in Belgium.

The Scorpion returned to Anderlecht from Gotzepe where he was released of his loan contract.

He is again set to leave on loan having been seen a surplus by Anderlecht with Oostende KV, a Belgian club, ardent on taking him up.

It’s reported a verbal agreement has already been reached for his move to Oostende but there is also interest from Brondby IF of Denmark – a proposal the 25-year-old wouldn’t mind taking on.

Brondby including his former club Midtjyland have shown interest particularly the former but the wages the Gambian is on could force the sides to give any recruitment of the West African a rethink.
