Justice O. Otaba of the special criminal division of the Banjul High Court will on the 25 October, 2016 deliver his ruling on the 
bail application of 14 supporters of United Democratic Party (UDP) after parties have adopted their respective briefs they had filed.
Adopting the applicants briefs Lawyer Hawa Sisay-Sabally defence counsel for the accused persons urged the court to grant the application as prayed.
While also adopting the respondent’s brief, State counsel B. Jaiteh urged the court to refuse the application.
In his ruling Justice Otaba said the applicant’s brief and the respondent’s brief are adopted and subsequently adjourned the case till the above mentioned date at 1pm for ruling.
