The Banjul High Court has declared on Tuesday that the mayor of Banjul, Rohey Malick Lowe, does not have the powers to give attestation in the ongoing voter registration.
Justice Mohoney held that IEC has no power to authorize the Mayor of Banjul to give attestation. He declared the action of IEC as excess of power.
