Foroyaa has already clarified this in Issue No. 210, 2023 as follows:

ARE THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF CONSTRUCT AND OTHER COMPANIES FROZEN?
Readers would recall that the high court has unfrozen the accounts of nine companies after the intervention of their lawyer, Ida Drammeh. The companies are: Faramarz Shams (1st respondent), Construct Limited (2nd respondent), Orchid Limited (3rd respondent), Gem Limited (4th respondent), Waterfront Fajara Ltd (5th respondent), Relax Waterfront Residence Ltd (6th respondent), Ocean View Resorts Ltd (7th respondent), Relax Management Company Ltd (8th respondent) and Waterfront Management Company Ltd (9th respondent).
Some of the companies have indicated to Foroyaa that some of their customers are still under the impression that their accounts are still frozen by the courts. Foroyaa has reported the court ruling to unfreeze the accounts of these companies. Readers would recall that they were initially frozen due to the fact that an accused person had some form of dealings with all of them. The position of their counsel is that they were not parties to the case of their clients and should not be profiled and punished without legitimate course. The judge, in his ruling, made it clear that these companies were not the subject of any drug dealing or money laundering or other criminal investigation.
Apparently this clarification of the standpoint of the court is not enough as far as the counsel of the these companies is concerned. Consequently she wants the following to be made clear:
That at no time was there any allegation that any of the nine companies in the suit belonged to or were in any way associated to any Paulo Djibi and that Paolo Djibi has no interest in any of our client’s companies.
