It is clear registration for ID Card is continuing. Rice distribution has been done in many places using coupons. In some places social distancing was maintained. This confirms that voter’s registration and voting could take place by maintaining social distancing and wearing masks. IEC needs to prepare a COVID-19 electoral agenda. The Interparty Committee should be provided with this agenda no later than the end of July for review as the country moves towards the input of the legislature in moving the Constitutional Amendments to a referendum.
